Construction Management

As part of Summit Property Management, we provide active oversight of each cap-ex project we undertake within our portfolio. We supervise the bidding process, work provided by any subcontractors and detailed expense tracking. Through our existing relationships, we aim to control the costs, timelines, quality and consistency across all projects.
