These strategic additions reflect our commitment to continued growth and enhancing our capabilities across all facets of the business. Their diverse expertise and proven track records will be invaluable as we navigate the evolving market landscape and deliver exceptional results for our investors. Please join us in welcoming the following individuals to Sentinel Peak:

Trevor Lyon, Chief Asset Management Officer

Trevor Lyon serves as the Chief Asset Management Officer at Sentinel Peak Capital Partners. He oversees the implementation of value-add programs for multifamily communities in Texas, concentrated in and around Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth. Trevor brings a wealth of experience to Sentinel Peak, having spent 17 years with C-III Capital Partners and its prior iterations. During his tenure, he served as an Equity Asset Manager for C-III on behalf of the firm’s Recovery Funds and as a special servicing asset manager for distressed CMBS loans at both ARCap REIT and Centerline Capital Group. His deep understanding of market dynamics, particularly within the Texas multifamily market, and proven ability to optimize portfolio performance will be instrumental in driving our asset management strategy forward. Trevor earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University. We are confident that his leadership will further elevate our asset management capabilities and deliver strong returns for our investors.

Taylor Leander, Director of Investor Relations

Taylor Leander is the Director of Investor Relations at Sentinel Peak Capital Partners. In this role, he focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and individual investors. Taylor also oversees communications and ensures transparency regarding the firm’s investment strategies and performance. Before joining Sentinel Peak Capital Partners, Taylor held various positions with financial and private equity firms, where he developed expertise in investment analysis and client relations. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from Baylor University. Taylor is actively involved in The Real Estate Council and was a member of the 2024 class of the Associate Leadership Council. He is also a candidate member of the State Fair of Texas Chairman’s Task Force. We are excited to have Taylor on board to strengthen our investor relations efforts.

Lauren Tarpley, Asset Management

Joining the team in November 2024, Lauren brings twelve years of multifamily and real estate experience, including several years at industry leading companies like Invesco and Lincoln Property Management. She plays a vital role in driving property performance, overseeing value-add strategies, and ensuring operational and financial goals are met across our multifamily portfolio. Her analytical abilities and attention to detail will be a tremendous asset as we continue to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities. We are delighted to welcome Lauren to the team.

Vahndy Miller, Treasury Manager

Vahndy Miller started her career with JPMorgan Chase Treasury Services, serving middle market to multinational firms in the Dallas area for 13 years. She has experience in various industries with her most recent experience at another Dallas multifamily real estate firm. Her area of expertise includes fraud prevention, cash forecasting, and project management. Vahndy’s expertise in treasury management will be essential in optimizing our financial operations and ensuring the efficient management of our resources. Her meticulous approach and deep understanding of financial markets will contribute significantly to our financial stability and growth. We’re excited to have Vahndy join Sentinel Peak.

Leslie Malaise, Chief Accounting Officer

Leslie Malaise is the Chief Accounting Officer at Sentinel Peak Capital Partners, bringing over 20 years of experience in the hotel and multifamily sectors. She started her career in hospitality operations management and transitioned into accounting, gaining extensive expertise in various environments, including a private-equity hotel REIT, a large multifamily management firm, and a multifamily subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company. Her leadership and expertise will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, providing a solid foundation for our continued growth. Leslie is a licensed CPA and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. We are thrilled to welcome Leslie to the team.
