The Junction Apartments

The Junction represented one of the most striking exterior transformations of any SPCP asset. This, combined with in-house management, enabled SPCP to enter a challenging submarket, quickly demonstrate long-term upside, and exit earlier than our typical hold period. While we initially underwrote and capitalized the project to renovate all units, SPCP, in partnership with our capital markets team, identified an opportunity to sell the property ahead of schedule. Impending macroeconomic shifts and evolving consumer behavior within the submarket proved fortuitous for our investors, as our ability to pivot swiftly maximized returns.
